Recently the owner of Vista Imaging Services, Inc., an existing client whose Web site we had built, came to us with a seemingly simple problem. “I want a virtual office,” he said. On the road much of the time, he wanted to be able to remotely access and modify information concerning the scheduling of all employees, payroll, time cards, business requests and other aspects of the daily activities of his company.

This challenge required outside-the-box thinking on the part of the Programming team, who created a customized business management system that was able to satisfy all of the requests of the client and more, effectively changing how he runs his business while saving time and money and simplifying his life.

Turning a Hobby into a Lifestyle
Another client, Nature’s Edge Video, came to us with this request: This father-son team had spent years filming wetland wildlife as a hobby. They wanted to create short clips of these films to sell online as beautiful, evocative video greeting cards that could be sent by email, but they had no idea how to go about it. Since their product was unique, this involved creating everything from scratch.

Our programmers and designers not only built a site that is visually beautiful, they crafted a way for customers to view the videos by category, and set up an online payment that was customized to their business. Today, Nature’s Edge Video is online and in business, a successful melding of one family’s dream and the expert programmers and designers at Nu-Designs.
